Richfield Township Public Library receives Grant Funding from RCCF

The Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF) recently presented a $294.24 Grant to The Richfield Township Public Library (RTPL) to assist with the “Fishing Gear for Loan” program. The Roscommon County Lakes and Rivers Fund awarded the full amount to support this Grant.

According to Library Director, Lynn Taylor, they were extremely pleased and grateful for the grant funding provided by RCCF. This grant allowed the library to purchase fishing poles and tackle boxes of fishing gear to loan to the residents of Roscommon County. The equipment may be loaned to anyone with a valid Richfield Township Public Library card for a week free of charge.

The Richfield Public Library is located at 1410 North St. Helen Road, in St. Helen and can be reached at (989) 389-7630, or you may visit their website at www.richfieldtpl.michlibrary.org.
